Refund policy

Scope

Refunds apply to orders for which a return has been accepted or an item turned out to be unavailable.

Refund timeframe

Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Refund method

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction (credit card / Stripe).

Exclusions

• Items returned incomplete, modified or damaged.
• Items returned without sufficient protection.
• Requests made outside the legal timeframe or without following the return procedure.
